Connecticut
Department of Agriculture
Connecticut's Department of Agriculture focuses on fostering a healthy economic, environmental, and social impact on the state's agricultural affairs. They do this through the enforcement of agricultural laws, promotion of agricultural businesses, regulation of agricultural businesses, and much more.
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP)
DEEP is an agency that aims to promote affordable and efficient clean energy to the state while conserving and managing natural resources and state parks.
Department of Public Health
The Department of Public Health concerns itself with the health and wellbeing of the people of Connecticut. The agency has an Environmental Health Section that focuses on contamination in land and water sites.

Costal Resources Management Council (CRMC)

Department of Environmental Management (DEM)
Rhode Island's DEM deals with environmental issues across the state. The manage natural resources, preserve habitat, and promote the general wellbeing and health of the peoples' relationship with the land.
Department of Health
This state agency protects the health of Rhode Island's citizens. The department includes an environmental division that seeks to protect the public's health from pollution and contaminants in the environment.
Office of Energy Resources (OER)
The OER's mission is to provide energy to the state in a manner that is sustainable for the environment, affordable for the people, and accessible for all who need it.
